Hyaluronic Acid Treatments

For years, it has been legally approved that dentists could complement dental treatments with hyaluronic acid in what we call the lower third of the face.

We realized that when we performed veneer treatments, for example, or finished an orthodontic case, we were missing “something” in the patient to make it perfect. Analyzing the patient’s face, we saw that the lips were asymmetrical or, for example, the chin was positioned further back when we analyzed the profile… Today, we can solve all this by injecting hyaluronic acid.

What exactly do we manage to improve?:

  • Lip augmentation and hydration.
  • Chin projection.
  • Improvement of the so-called “bar code.”
  • Decrease in the nasolabial fold.
  • Increase in the thickness of the papillae (gum).
  • Marking of the angle and edge of the jaw.

Nowadays, in the midst of the boom in aesthetic medicine, patient safety comes first. Therefore, all these treatments are accompanied by the use of ultrasound to improve their safety and effectiveness.
